"I just lost my harmonica?
I had a 12 Hole # 364 Marine Band diatonic harmonica in the number of C for 2 years (Wood Reed – old style building. This harmonica has been good and today I had the idea to run some tap water but only held it in the water flow during about 2 seconds (enough to allow water to flow through it) and now about 2 hours later, I'm having problems. Now Reed Note 6 Blow (G) does not ring with a normal hit, only with less stroke (which sounds very quiet when you apply the same amount of cane blow to others. It is puzzling that when I draw in Note 6 Reed Draw (A) seems to do well as it should. Should I let dry harmonica, or did I just ruin it? all other notes sound perfectly, all but the 6 th Note Blow (G)
Let dry completely or blow in his hand a few times. Water is still in the camera and blow out and the sound is not right.
