In order to escape this endless cycle of suffering, the Buddha's teachings are invaluable. The truth is that in his teachings, the teachings are irrefutable. I'm sure others may disagree with me, but for me and my way are true. Others may follow another path and it's OK for them but for me, sick of taking the teachings of Buddha
